Why would men not be willing to take the male contraceptive pill?

I'm a pharmacy student, and during a recent class we were discussing the possibility of the male contraceptive pill. My professor asked the males in the class if they would, to my surprise only 1/3 put their hands up. Please keep in mind you can still ejaculate, but what else would make it emasculating? Just trying to understand.

Where did you come to the conclusion that they felt it was emasculating? Was there a comparison to other forms of male contraception? As in, they preferred condoms or what?

@Tatsumi I came up with that because it was the only reason I could think of, if you have other reasons please do say them. There was no comparison, though condoms should always be used if it is not known if the partner is STD safe.
