Yes, I think this is true. Being a player is a personality disorder, in my opinion, due to being afraid of commitment and low self-esteem. I don't believe the saying " Once a cheater always a cheater" though ,because there are different reasons for cheating and maturity can change this in a person. However, I don't think players can change.
