Does forgiveness come natural for you or do you have to work for it to happen?
There is someone I need to forgive but I am not though being angry.

It comes easier once I've had a lenghty serious dicussion with the person, and have complete comprehesion of what led that person to do that something that upsetted me.
If you feel you must, then do forgive. If the person is a shitbag, though, forgive them and then cut all contact. Just because you're forgiving them doesn't mean you find them worthy enough of your precious lifetime.

@LarryStrawman The person was a shitbag. A fake loving shitbag. He is out of my life by his choice. Just the way he did it was so cruel and hurtful. He is not worth anything to me now but I still am angry with him.

@LarryStrawman lol, so true. He did lead me to believe he was super special. I miss the dream of knowing that I knew someone as special as him. He was all fake and lies.
