Just lost the love of my life, what do I do now?

I've been dating the same good for a little over 4 years now. She was my whole world, I planned the next few years of my life around her and starting our family. Without her what am I supposed to do? I want so badly to just give up.

🤔 Do we really ever lose the love of our life? Idk. I'm sure it feels that way, but I would imagine that after you grieve the loss, you'll find love again. It's a process. Don't be so hard on yourself. Life goes on and there really will be another for you...believe it or not. Good luck.

Let yourself feel the pain and grieve the loss of the future you planned with the love you lost. Then in a bit pick yourself up, get involved in things you love doing and some new stuff you have not. Meet new people and enjoy your own time too. It will be okay again and then better than okay and then eventually better than before you lost this one.
