Should A 12 year old get a boyfriend?

Enjoy your friendships and don't try to rush into having a boyfriend because it just makes life more complicated and often more painful. You have lots of time. Often those relationships demand very much of your time and attention. Give your time and attention to your friends and family and education and personal interests. It will help you later when you want to meet someone suitable for you.

Sure. I didn't have a girlfriend when I was twelve but I sure wanted one. Would have had ine but we moved so that girl was suddenly a hundred miles away. But a lot of the girls I was in 7th grade with had boyfriends. It was considered normal. I kissed two different Cindys in the seventh grade. And I was learning how to talk to girls. Yes. If you want to have a boyfriend 12 or 13 is a good age for the first one.
