How do you know?

How do you know when your relationship is over? I mean, is there a sign to look for?

My gut is telling me something. But my heart is telling me another while my brain is trying to analyze the situation and getting confused in the process.

I'm so confused..

[c=#BF0080]Communication with the person should help. Explain how you feel 馃檪[/c]

@MellyMel22 Easy to say, hard to do. The look in their eyes when you express doubts, the rising insecurities after, the loss of trust that can take so long to regain. I am all for communication, but understand that it is very hard about some things.

@MellyMel22 he's gonna say I'm being silly and emotional. I'm just not sure anymore.

@Challenger1 [c=#BF0080]I totally get what you mean, but would you wanna know if she felt that way if she was your gf or wife? Would you want her to suck up that hurt in fear she'll offend you? If there's good communication, he should be able to ask her why she feels that way and if she feels it's something he's done or whatever. If you can't go to each other when you're hurting, why bother being in the relationship?

@MellyMel22 I would want to know, I would always want to know. I would never want her to keep things from me. It isn't protecting me.

But I also wouldn't want to have to deal with the fallout of admitting that to her if it is just a temporary thing that I am experiencing, because it will live much longer in her mind and will come up often going forward.

@mistfox [c=#BF0080]I understand and have been in that exact position. His response and behavior later just may tell you all you need to know..[/c]
