Do you have a best friend or a lot of really good friends?

I have a few good friends and one person I can honestly call a really good friend .In my families hour of need when they thought I was a gonner she was there for all of them and even after I woke up the whole time I was in hospital she drove my kids to the hospital and back 3 hours each way .She is always there for us .I brought my mrs a newer car so I can give our other car to my really good friend for all she does for us as she desperately needs wheels of her own .
