I like a Muslim...

In my country, anyone regardless of gender who married a Muslim is required to convert.
I don't think I'm up for that. But he's from Egypt so, idk man.
I mean, I love my roasted pork and am a Christian (though not baptized but still )

Islam requires Muslims to marry Muslims only. I would love to marry my crush even if she is from whatever religion but i wouldnot let her convert if she doesn't beleive in my faith. Try to study Islam, if you find it true than convert else let the guy go. Forced conversion will never work.
