Do I have to pick?

I believe I am a mess right now. My relationship with my mom seems like shit. She looks at me with anger here and there. I really can't take it. Aside from that story, I am growing and prospering a relationship with this guy I just really like. Right now we are getting to know each other and working to grow in our faith. But, I feel like I have to drop that in order to focus on the relationship between my mom and I. I really don't know what to do. I am probably just making thigs hard for myself.
