My bf who broke up with me out of anger sent me back the gifts I got him for his birthday by UPS.

Hi everyone... so my bf who I have been dating for 7 months and I recently broke up.... we had a huge fight over his lying and he started accusing me of things I never did. He broke up with me out of anger and then I told him not to come back and then I blocked him from everything. I thought he was going to contact me again... we had a really good relationship and we both really loved each other. I just couldn't deal with his lying and it made me angry.... we broke up four days ago. Today I came home and I saw that he had sent me back all of the gifts I had gotten for him. 😔😔😔 does this mean he wants to end things and this is it for us?
