How do you let go of someone that you're so In love with?

I know our relationship isn't healthy. One day things are good and then a few days later we fight and it's a cycle. Things don't actually ever change. But I'm so in love with her and I can't imagine being with anyone else. & I know this isn't healthy.

This is one of those deals where you need to break it off because you know it's best, regardless of how you feel. Do the action of breaking up and it won't be long before your heart catches up. Been there, done that.
