I think a lil time apart to let things chill will be good even if you do continue to see each other. If you do your thing and she comes back into your life, you can decide what you want to do from there, hopefully with a clear head and no longer harboring unpleasant feelings toward each other. Most things fade quickly. She may need time to deal with unknown things that are upsetting her and causing her behavior as well.
