Would you recommend I get a vasectomy?

I'm 23, I already had a kid with my ex gf. Do I just play it safe from here on out?

If you wish to marry latter and have kids it is probably not a good idea as you are still young. I would have one latter on after you have worked out what you are going to do in the long term.
