My earrings are hurting my ears
They keep dying my skin black and my skins getting all red and swollen 😩 but they’re the only pair I have and I’m afraid they’ll close so idk what to do

Sounds to me like they are infecting your ears. Go to an ear piercing place and get some cleaner stuff for when you get them pierced. Let them look at them. But you probably will have to let your ears heal. Then maybe you could get them pierced again. Your health is more important than earrings.

@Medoesnotcare mine are double pierced. If you take them out for a couple of weeks they won't close up. But it does seem you probably have an infection,

If I had to guess, I’d say the plating on your gold earrings wore through, and you’re allergic to whatever alloy is underneath.
For right now, I’d switch. You can get a pair of medical grade plastic or titanium earrings for around $15 on amazon.
If you love your current earrings, you can get them replated with gold, but I’d wear the plastic or titanium until the swelling and pain are gone

It does sound like you are becoming infected by your only pair. Look up “piercing retainers”!
Some are made of plastic to just keep the piercing open.
