Most times I’m by myself I’m still confused from betrayal

It's more of a heavy shock .
Betrayal is tough .
Betrayal is painful .
Do you know the good thing your still hear .
I'm not trying to frighten you and not go into detail , it's after happening too me most of my life and if I look back at that too a deeper level I'll end up getting a nervous breakdown.
This man I know and it was one of the most wisest answers I ever heard " he said " Don't analyse your hurt . Don't analyse your thoughts . Don't try to fix your thoughts and leave thoughts come in and out of your mind without answering them . Try that and keep trying it and 95% of the time you be able to do that and 5% you be demented if you stop analysing life .
The best part he said is that's the whole purpose in trust in God . Also he said don't analyse hurt feelings and healing comes .
He told me 19 years ago and it never left me
