Do guys ever think about a woman they have hurt?

A woman who had his back and was so good to him but he ended up hurting her so much it destroyed her. Does he ever think about her?

Probably not. Men are self serving so what would be the purpose of that? To feel pitiful and shameful about their actions? It's easier to not care.
