@Beth555 well, since you declared drunken sex is not cheating, as person does not know what he or she is doing, so what would you say if a drunk person kills someone (well over 10 thousand die every year on the road, According to NHTSA 10,874 people died in alcohol-impaired crashes in 2017).
And what if the drunk person rape a person?

@aaaabbbb last time I checked, having a one night stand was legal, but murder and rape were in fact illegal. That's where the difference lies. Didn't really think I'd have to explain to a man in his late 30s the difference between having sex with a guy I met in a club, and actual murder.

@Beth555 this is not able just legality of the act, it covers the morality of the action while a person is drunk...if it is alcohol fault then it should be completely right out band since people are in capable of managing them when drunk.

@Beth555 i am not morally corrupt to a degree that let alcohol do or Define what I do or I don't. That is why i believe both Guns and Alcohol should be strticly regulated.
