From the previous comments made to your post, it doesn't appear that any of these guys have actually studied the do's and don'ts of inducing lactation. I have, and would be happy to privately chat with you and share what I've learned. Feel free to PM me.

It takes time, patients, commitment to induce lactation. Sounds like your on your way. You need to stay hydrated.
How long do you pump ?
Are you getting good nights sleep ?
Are you hand messaging/expressing in between pumping ?

Congratulations. You are making good progress.
Self inducing needs lots of patience. It’s real hard work. Takes time, energy and needs lot of encouragement.
It would be nice to give you encouragement and support.
Good luck on your journey. 👍

Be patient and diligent... some women have issues with Domperidone...some have taken up to 6 weeks. Others who have human aides to suckle seem to begin in about 4 weeks.

Hi Isla, just checking in. How’s your journey coming along? Words of encouragement to keep on keeping on :)

Know that only 8 days in and already producing drops, even clear liquid is promising. Typically expect 6-8 weeks to produce milk in any quantity. Just be certain that your breasts are pumped (or better suckled) at the exact same times, a minimum of three times per day, 20 minutes per nipple and continue until the flow is plentiful. You'll be proud of your accomplishment once you are fully free flowing and instead of being burdened by the chore of inducing you are enjoying the pleasure of feeding your significant other/others.

@Isla1088 could i please know where you are based from? And also, are you looking to increase your production?

You must take lactation pills from motherlove more milk plus or Domperidone and pumping youre breast
At first, you pump for five minutes three times a day. Then pump for 10 minutes every four hours, including at least once a night. Then increase the pumping time to 15 to 20 minutes every two to three hours
Instead of using a breast pump, studies show that the partner should be breastfed as often as possible and kept for as long as possible. The more the partner sucks, the faster and in larger quantities the nipple and breast produce milk.
You must get them sucked on 2 to 4 times a day
