I’m happy to share my experience. Basically it’s supply and demand. The more he sucks oe the more you pump the more you will make. I relactated my second wife and she went from a c cup to an f. Producing about 8 oz per breast every four hours.

@Goodlatch thankyou so much for your reply we have continued to keep going we found that if we did the nursing often it reduced the milk not made it more when we left it for 3 or more days it was alit more milk, but any knowledge is very much appreciated I want to feed him every day so he gets alot of milk we both love it what a wonderful loving close experience. Regards Ellie

@browneyes4fun Teust me. You should nurse or pump every four hours, even once in the middle of the night and your supply will be abundant.

@Goodlatch thankyou I am taking donperidone again to get a flow again it's a bit difficult sometimes with five year olds especially at weekends but we will try every 4 hours as that's what we want more than anything thankyou again regards Ellie

@browneyes4fun Trust me. The more often you feed him or the more often you pump your supply will improve. Soon you will be making more than he can consume.

@Goodlatch your information is fantastic thankyou we will try and pump or suck every 4 hours how long would you say the duration should be and they say you must empty and let down but I'm never really sure when that is sometimes even when the milk looks like it's stopped should he keep sucking thankyou for all your help
