I’m happy to share my experience. Basically it’s supply and demand. The more he sucks oe the more you pump the more you will make. I relactated my second wife and she went from a c cup to an f. Producing about 8 oz per breast every four hours.

@Goodlatch your information is fantastic thankyou we will try and pump or suck every 4 hours how long would you say the duration should be and they say you must empty and let down but I'm never really sure when that is sometimes even when the milk looks like it's stopped should he keep sucking thankyou for all your help

Thankyou Nikki that's fantastic advice, I've probably not been doing it as I should as I was leaving it a few days and then there would be more milk for my partner but that's not supply and demand someone told me to do it 2 or three times a day even if it looks empty and no milk coming out but eventually all that extra dry feeding will pay off and all of a sudden there should be plenty of milk on a daily basis, obviously my partners latch is different to a baby and more forceful and teeth get in the way all I want is a full supply for my partner as we live the bond we get together, I hope we are doing it all properly. Any advice from your experience would be most welcome. Thankyou for taking the time to reply with your great advice. 😘
@browneyes4fun yes, it's definitely something that NEEDS to happen daily and regularly throughout the day. 🥰

@no1anymore hi hope you don't mind me messaging you, only I'm having a few problems and wondered if you can help. I love this lifestyle and have tried to get a good supply for my partner as he loves ANR with me we both love the closeness bonding special experience and sometimes we get more milk and others not so much I really want to produce enough so he can enjoy it everyday but at the moment it isn't as much as we both want. We use domperidone but can't use it forever I've had milk on and off for 6 years since my twins were born and my partner has enjoyed my milk ever since and we love the experience we get from it and how we feel together, we've tried pumping and as regular as possible him sucking from me to try and empty them as best as you can hoping they will fill back up but unfortunately that doesn't work that often, you would think if you keep doing it I'm telling my brain to supply as its been demanded we really want to do this everyday as much as possible as its a wonderful fulfilling lifestyle, any advice you could give to help us achieve our ultimate goal would be wonderful. Regards Ellie x

@browneyes4fun You are a very special woman and your partner is a very lucky man! You're doing the right thing getting off Dom. Your partner does have to suckle several times every day to make you produce naturally, but the transition shouldn't take long.
