how judgemental is your area? If they see a college aged guy with an older lady, would they give the look?

I was walking round town once with my 20 yr old daughter a few years back, arm in arm.

A couple walked past us and we heard her say " aw, that's so sweet" .

My daughter and i looked at each other .... and cracked up.
(Apparently they thought us a sweet, age gap couple🤗).

But it was really nice to know that our small town was becoming less judgey.

Not an issue here. Yet this Southern California. There are whole bars known for "cougars" here.

You don't say anything against them, they won't say anything against you. And that's how it should be.

This nosiness about others private business should be the crime. Instead we glorify being nosy. Yeah I have been in other states were such non sense was an issue.

People are open-minded around here. I doubt if they would be judgmental of the difference in ages. Envious, perhaps.

Dated an older lady when I was 27. Some of the best times. Didn’t really care what others thought when we went to dinner or the bar. I don’t know if it was judged, but if it was, I didn’t notice.
