@meJess I think a corollary to the 10 percent rule is that the closer the 'radius' you use to define how far away from where you life you will accept a romantic partner being is that ever order of magnitude closer narrows the field inversely exponentially. Few people who find their life partner less than 10 miles (or 10 km) from where they live. If it happened a lot it would be violating the Unicorn principle and the Hot Crazy Matrix.
