I Am In An Age Gap Relationship

Well I might have been in one right now, if only I didn't reject my friend who is 6 years older than I am. I met him back in 2012 in EP and since then we talked a lot. I was 14 then but somehow we could talk like we're of the same age. Until one day, he confessed to me his feelings and at first I was happy. Very happy. But I think being young, I became conscious of the age gap, and the fact that he's American and I'm asian. I suddenly backed out. I got scared. And today I'm regretting it. He might be married now. I don't know. But I hope he's fine. If ever he's not yet married then maybe one day,if it's meant to be, we'll meet somewhere in this big world. I just miss him right now..
