I Left My Abusive Realtionship

I rehearsed it with my co-worker and therapist before. I did it. I was so scared and he knew something was wrong. His mom came to say hello while I was breaking down crying. I just screamed and screamed on the highway. I feel like my heart is so broken. I love him so much. I told him we should take a break. I just don't want to hurt him.

I just don't want to hurt him.
if you feel like the relationship is abusive, your health and wellbeing are more important than his feelings.

Be strong, you've taken a big step and should be proud of yourself!

This part is so hard, but you have done the right thing for you.

He will be okay.

And so will you.

He is responsible for his well-being, and you are responsible for yours.

I remember leaving my horrible abusive relationship.

My cousin and her boyfriend moved the majority of all of my packed things, while he was at work.

I sat on the floor, at the coffee table he and I sat at every morning and night, and wrote him a long letter while I cried and cried.

All I worried about was him. But I did the right thing for myself, and I am so glad I did.

It hurt so much at the time.

But you're doing the right thing. It will hurt. It just will. The same way removing a bandage is horrible and painful, but you have to do it to get better.

You've done the right thing. Stick to it.

Give yourself time. Keep yourself safe. Protect yourself. It IS the most important thing.

If you're in an abusive relationship that person's feelings should never be on your list of priorities
If he was physically abusive then yes, leaving was wise. However your statements make it sound like you will return. He will go through a honeymoon stage, then will beat you worst.

I am very truthful to women here, and they block me for it, so I wish you well and bye bye.

Don’t tell him you need to take a break tell him it’s over. If you’re gonna get out get all the way out
Take care of you now. I know we love them, but they hurt us and that's not okay.
Another recruit. 🥳

Good job. It's no picnic. Time to focus on you.
