Im happy to say I've left my toxic relationship of 8yrs it was hard but I had to do it for myself. I've blocked him on all social media his number and time to focus on me and the babies ♥️✨ goodbye toxic relationship hello to a new chapter in my book. Another door close another one opens

Having recently dated someone who was coming off a toxic/emotional abusive relationship one bit of advice I would give you is to seek out a good therapist. The wounds you have endured for 8 years are deep irregardless if you realise it or not. It will take time to heal and its best to have a professional assist with that versus alone. You have taken the first steps and now the hard part follows. Finding you again.
BTW my former partner was with her person for 4 years so only half of what you dealt with and its traumatic.
