I think the majority of people have at one time in their lives been in a bad/toxic relationship...where most people KNOW to bail from those toxic/relationship because they could see the red flags(warning signs) that the person was bat shit crazy....however there are a lot of people in toxic relationship who cannot see/comprehend those blatant red flags, thus making excuses for that person's awful/bad behavior, thus blaming themselves as to the reason why that toxic person behaves the way they do :(

@Tiusflow There are many men who have been in toxic relationships with bat shit crazy women, who ultimately get blamed for their BAT SHIT crazy girlfriends/wives bad behavior....I know this to be a FACT only from my own experience with certain friends, who would verbally abuse their boyfriend/husband on a night out with friends while being drunk, and then try to start a physical fight with their boyfriend/husband by them hitting their boyfriend/husband first, ONLY wanting them to hit them back to be able to claim to the cops that they were physically assaulted by their boyfriend/husband, smh.

@Mguinm We are all born to have COMMON SENSE and to have gut instincts...however, sadly a lot of people choose to ignore those God given basic traits they were blessed with.

I’m sorry to hear that. My sister in law has that and her two adult children as well as the rest of the family has completely broken ties with her.

@dreamsicle she has no idea why i asked for a divorce. She does not see her part in anything. It is maddening. I would be dead or in a padded cell vy now if I hadn't left her.

No, but I have dated 2 men that were emotionally abusive with narcissistic personality disorder
Tiusflow · 61-69, M
@SW-User I am glad you got away from them. Some people are just toxic.

@SW-User Ever since my now 22 yr old daughter was of dating age(16) I've instilled in her that if your date won't agree to come in our house to meet your parents on your FIRST DATE that he's not worthy of dating you. Which she at 16 hated those rules...however now at 22 she gets it, where she uses her parents rules, as now being her screening process as to who she chooses to go on dates with at 22 yrs old.....if they agree to meet her parents on their 1st date, she'll go a date with him, if they don't agree to her terms of having to meet her parents on their 1st date, she won't go on a date with that guy.
