Giving people the silent treatment is kind of abusive, tbh... but at least she later said " not up for talking"
If she needs space or something or would like to talk at a later time and it has been weeks she needs to give a reasonable end time for this silence otherwise why remain in the relationship? That's not healthy conflict resolution in the slightest.. it's avoidance.
Ngl, it seems like she's kind of trying to get YOU to break up with her in some kind of passive aggressive bullshitty way so she's not the "bad guy", but i don't know. i would have just confronted her by now.. because again, if there's no communication or anything is there even a relationship?
either way, good luck.

@DancingStarGoddess I've kind of suspected that maybe she wants me to angrily storm in to her home unannounced and end it. This isn't the first time we've had a blowout. But the silence never lasted THIS long before.

@GymRat584 I was in a long distance relationship with someone I now consider a loser. The person would disappear for weeks and sometimes months together and when I expressed my frustration I was thrown crumbs and blamed. I had so much self blame and self doubt. I can understand your anxiety. It's been a few years since I completely cut the person out, but it was after months of mental and emotional turmoil. I'm not the happiest person right now but life is definitely more peaceful
pay your debts, buy things for her, work hard,

maybe she doesn't want to be your girlfriend anymore you should ask her bluntly

You’ve been dumped. Sorry, man.

That just sounds like she's done. Get it out in the open asap so you can move on. Just hanging like this is ludicrous.
If she's not done, she's a sadist. Either way, you need to get it done so you can move on.

@Magicianzini she gave me the heads up years ago that she has a tendency to run away "like a little girl" when she's scared. That's what she's doing. But you're right: this is uncalled for now.

@GymRat584 Ah yes, that was her warning you. Psychoannas always warn us in the beginning. Get out as soon as you can.
It will be healthier for you if you're the one who leaves. Be warned though, sometimes they're not "done with you" yet and will try to restart the game if you go.
Don't try to leave unless you're truly done.
Ultimately, you WILL be done. Don't wait too long.

Sometimes life just isn’t fair and yes, it hurts.
Sometimes people would rather take the cowardly way out rather than face uncomfortable conversations and state exactly how they feel.
Hang in there. What doesn’t kill you, will only make you stronger.
And jmo but it does sound like stonewalling to me. Silence is not a feel good thing but a very loud answer.
I’m sorry you feel hurt.

You should reach closure with yourself. Send her a text: "take care of you, good luck and please lose my number"
And ask your therapist for help on how to deal with it.

What was the uncomfortable conversation actually about?
@Floki I want to know this too

People are rarely fair. But the silent treatment is shitty behavior.
morrgin · F
Sometimes the lack of closure is the closure itself. Her not answering you is probably the answer
@morrgin “Sometimes silence is the loudest noise you hear.” 😢
That's shitty of her
A passive aggressive way of breaking up with you ...you're better off

What did you do to make her feel so uncomfortable that she is creating that much space?
Honestly sounds like she is low-key breaking up with you..
Also, you sending her money hoping she would break her silence is manipulative af.

@soulrespite that's not what's happening. I owed her money and I've been paying her back. I would've paid her this money even if we weren't having problems. You just made an unfair accusation.
Let’s focus on the important part of the problem.. You did something for her to be silent.
But since we are on the topic of money, I too would be taking large steps back from a man who borrows money from women and can’t provide her with it instead. 🙂↕ @GymRat584
