Hubby leaving

So hubby is deploying for a year. Well last night he was trying to convince me to get a boyfriend. We've always been open just haven't acted on it because we where both content (married 12 years). However now he's really trying convince me to get one while he's gone. I'm kind of like is it worth the headache to find a partner and then worry about is my hubby gonna get along with him, is he gonna approve, is it going to just be during deployment and if so is there even a point.

I would just find a solid reliable guy or girl to hook-up with for occasional fun and sex.

The problems come when an emotional attachment develops with a male so unless you and your husband are able to deal with multiple emotional attachments, that would be a deal killer.

Another female might be the best choice as then even if an emotional attachment develops that is no different then any other you might have with a close girlfriend.

Even if you are straight, I think you should seriously consider that :)
