Do you lose yourself every time you get into a new relationship? Your interests, ambitions etc

Relationships are a tricky one .
See any sexual stuff happen at 1st .
There's an automatic attachment .
The trick is how far will you leave yourself go in with the attachment , not being cold .
Attachment in relationships is the most painful experience I ever experienced after a break up cause your loosing the attachment what you had the time you were with the person

I guess so but this last time is for the last time now that I realize it. It's probably a codependency issue. You gotta base your life on you & not on them. You can't build the life they want. You gotta build the life YOU want & enjoy it so much that anyone would be lucky to be part of it
