When a woman is on her period, what is her responsibility to still please her man?

During her period, how much (if any) responsibility does a woman have to keep her man sexually satisfied? Hand stuff, oral, etc.? Or is it fair to just take a break? Looking for honest opinions.

I remember when my aunts long term partner tried pressuring her for some when she was on her period. He was lucky the doctors were able to sew it back on.
