She should leave him..... If he can't change for her after she waited for him for 12 years... He is not worthy and she struggled for him and he won't talk about it then she should leave....

Sounds like there's a lack of compatibility. She needs to tell him what she's not into and if he can't handle it then it may be time to split.

Move on he's obviously not the same person he was when he went in. He's damaged institutionalized. There is no future with him. As long as she's with him she wont be happy
