Do you find most relationship advice to be nonsense and useless?

I watched a brainiac on YouTube today say that women are not dateable if they have too many single friends, because they will always sabotage the relationship with their man.

I would think so.
I don't judge people for swearing ,but I come from an era where if you can't stop swearing every other word is not very professional nor lends itself to an air of authority.
He seem to have a problem with women to me.
