How do you initiate sex ?

Do you do something and/or say something to indicate the intention to another person?

Presumably then that other person responds in a positive complimentary way and doesn't rebuff or ignore the signals. Unless the person can't (such as me) read body language and or doesn't understand choosing signals or love languages.
