Are women still old fashioned, should men initiate the intimacy and sex or do you feel this should be an open to anyone?

Every generation has its own way of looking at relationships, how and what each gender expect from each other, what was not acceptable 20/30yrs ago is now acceptable./
How do women view this, do or would you initiate sex in your relationship if you wanted or wait on your man?

@Nume25 I beleive many men will often miss that hint or signal unless it is already agreed upon/understood. I think us men often decode it incorrectly? Unless and until it is obvious.

If you initiate it then partner should respect it, do you feel the same if he initiates or hints it and you miss it?
