Are women still old fashioned, should men initiate the intimacy and sex or do you feel this should be an open to anyone?

Every generation has its own way of looking at relationships, how and what each gender expect from each other, what was not acceptable 20/30yrs ago is now acceptable./
How do women view this, do or would you initiate sex in your relationship if you wanted or wait on your man?

It seems a bit old fashioned for the man to initiate it solely. That hasn't been my personal experience either. My wife has no problem initiating it and often does.
