What should someone do when they have two people who like them who happen to be twins?

One of my friends was asking me because there are two women who are twins who both like him, he said he's not sure what to do and I said I dunno. Lol

I had this problem when I was in High School. I was very close with one and the other one was awkward. I chose neither because it was easier to stay friends rather than try to date one a lose the other as a friend.
