If you have a relationship how do you trust your partner still isn't looking elsewhere?

Or can you??? Can we every truly put that fear to rest?

Is that what 'love' if you can feel that emotional state and it's genuine (in your view) is supposed to inhibit? Ie. The constant fear that your partner is continuously even if only subconsciously always looking for the next 'better' mate?
