I was caged for many years 🐦

When I had the strength, I flew away.

@Renkon

I felt lost but then i remembered who I was ✨
Renkon · M
@Achelois What was the hardest part of it all for you?
Achelois · F
@Renkon

Believing in myself again, the fear I had.
Renkon · M
@Achelois If you had to give advice to someone trapped in the same situation, what would it be? How can they learn to believe in themselves when, as is often the case, they’re pushed toward despair?
Achelois · F
@Renkon

You start working within, healing yourself, through healing we find ourselves again.

You are not despair, you are the light, you just have to find the switch to turn it back on again.

@Achelois You are truly inspirational.It was beautifully stated.

@Renkon

It’s not easy, healing is dark and messy.

But life shows us, look at the caterpillars 🐛 they have to go through a transformation to become the butterfly. 🦋

@Achelois Can a normal person muster the patience and willpower to go through all of these changes? That is the question, right?
Achelois · F
@Renkon

Yes I believe anyone can but not everyone wants to do the work.

They get distracted by life, you have to face it and feel it.
Renkon · M
@Achelois That's true

@Renkon

Life has too many distractions, ⚽🎥🕹 📺 coping mechanisms.

Stops us from really going within.
