My mental health is making it hard for me to connect with my boyfriend. I don’t know what to do.

I have to wait for an appointment to see a psychiatrist and then I have to wait for new pills to kick in. I have therapy next week too, but a lot of my issues aren’t even based on real things that happened.

Being open and honest with him is all you might be able to do, right now.

But tell him you want that (to connect with him) and you are working through whatever you need to work through in order to make that happen.
