@Musicman Do you like rotisserie chickens from Sams Club or Costco. Those are good for an easy meal. I put one in the Crockpot last week and some potato and carrot chunks, a bit of water and extra seasonings. Then made fried rice with the rest of the chicken. Can make chicken salad, sandwiches, barbecue etc. with it too.
@cherokeepatti I don I would love to know how to use a crock pot.

@Musicman You plug it in and turn it on, low, high and warm are the basic settings. I spray the Crock pot with pan spray so nothing sticks. Can stick meat in it, season the meat however you like, add a bit of water and turn it on high, then turn it on low till it almost gets done and add the veggies.

@Musicman Main thing is to double-check to make sure it’s plugged in or you could ruin some meat, especially if you go out during the day. I have to be careful sometimes it’s easy to get loose.
@cherokeepatti When I get a minute I'll send you a picture of it. We got it at a community Christmas party years ago. You'll have to tell me if it's any good.
