What should one 'offer' in dating or a relationship?

The notion of having something to offer is why I never date. I feel I have very little to offer. I might be able to provide kindness and patience and I'm a good listener, but it seems people want excitement deep down. I really don't offer that. I have a moderate anxiety disorder so I don't go traveling, or do a lot of social activities. I fear a guy will want someone who DOES offer that.

What do you feel one could 'offer' in dating that is a positive aspect of a relationship? What do you enjoy most in a relationship?

The most exciting thing about dating is building a connection and without someone who is a good listener that is impossible.

Excitement is fine, but it always ends and the normalcy of life is where we spend most of our time.

Finding excitement in the normalcy of life is its secret:)

@Zeusdelight That's true .it's about connection more than what you are or are not doing. Thanks 🌻
