I'm sorry that you were given this information. I don't know if I'm reading this wrong so please correct me.
Did she sleep with someone during the time you've been broken up? Or was this the reason for you two breaking up?
It won't change your pain and I'm not trying to minimise it. But it will also give better insight into how you can try and move forward for you're own well being.
The bottom line is, it's probably better to try and envision life without her in it. Rebuilding yourself and your confidence is key.
