What does it mean when someone says "i see right through you"

What is that supposed to mean? Like i cant lie to them or something or im not mysterious??

I see right through you" means that you can easily perceive someone's true intentions or motives, even if they are trying to hide them; essentially, you are not fooled by their facade and understand their true nature
