I'm too dependent on her

She said it freaks her out. So I have to learn to live my life and have her just adding to it rather than being the central piece of the puzzle.

I knew I was too much. No wonder they always leave. Guess I should just go back to being touch-starved and lonely, it was easier that way. Got to endure the pain.

"Freaks her out" is not the impression I was hoping my words gave you. I'm sorry they did. I also do not mean to make you feel like you should just give up and be alone and be miserable just because something is currently a challenge in our relationship. I'm hoping we can work things out...and learn how to communicate better as needed.

Am I worried and concerned about codependency ? sometimes, yes I am.

The goal is to have a healthy relationship, right? I hope that's a goal both of us have. That means both of us working towards that goal. I will try my best to be helpful, supportive, encouraging and caring for you to be and feel like a whole healthy confident capable person...as long as it's not at the cost of my own wellbeing or your own. because it's important to have a good relationship with yourself as well as with others. And its important that we both have that.

So now we figure out what steps are needed to do that?
what do you think? 🤷🏻‍♀
