Why even bother?

I feel like when I talk, he doesn't really listen to me. I mean, really listen so I stopped trying to talk to him about anything important.

I stopped talking to her because If it made me happy she at best was uninterested, more often outright insulting. She didn't want to be part of my life unless it made her look like the good wife and she definitely didn't want me to be part of her life.
