What do you think of people who refer to their partners as THE gf/wife or THE bf/husband? Rather than MY gf/wife or bf/husband.
Ive also heard someone refer (more than once) to their partner as “my human”. “I love being with my human.”

@OldBrit well that depends on context. Sometimes if there’s any confusion about a matter involving an ex wife or the new wife, he might clarifyby saying his current wife.
