If I'm wrong, i have no problem apologizing or saying I'm sorry.
As far as forgiving someone that's betrayed me, that would depend on the type of betrayal. I would hear their apology but not forget.

I'm an overthinker.. i feel guilt almost constantly.. so I easily apologise and easily forgive. But.... I'm struggling with the forgetting part.

Betrayal is another kind of pain. It changes you. You're not the same after. It's not the backstabbing that hurts you the most, it's when you turn around and see who's holding the knife that really get to you..

There's no other way but to ride the pain. Acknowledge it. Acknowledge the betrayal and make a decision either to stay or to leave. Some people are generous, they'd give others a 2nd chance. But i think one should not give the 3rd. You'd lose hope on people if you do. The pain shall pass. It's the sorrow after that turns your heart cold and hard that you'd like to be careful with. You just can't allow your pain changes you into the one who hurt you

Saying sorry is easy if the fault is mine,. If someone puts one over on me the tide will turn on that relationship

I find it really hard to say sorry to people even though I often really want to. I’m trying to get better at it.
I can hold things against people for a long time, but again I’m really trying not to do that. It’s such hard work for me.

I forgive almost everything, except one, eventually. But I did get too far making a point/ getting even in the past.

It's easy for me to apologize.

Apologies come fairly easily. But I’m not proud to say that I’m something of a grudge holder. Probably comes from trusting very few people.

I readily apologize when I am wrong. I forgive freely when the person is sorry for what they did, even if it is betrayal or cheating.

I find it very easy to do both.

Forgiveness is easy.. forgetting will never happen. They get cut.. fast

Smh.

The one's who apologize too much are the ones that won't let it go easily.

It's like we give so much, we expect better.
