How do I stop being Jealous?

It’s not that I’m jealous of the girl my age that my man has a familiarity and friend bond with. 😓I just don’t like her and him having that “friendship” i know he needs to end his friendship with her in order to grow in himself because the way she is is bad influence 😓i just don’t like her.

I'm sorry that just doesn't sound normal to me, with her being a bad influence. It's bound to cause friction and I think he should be sensitive to that and make his wife his priority, if he's not already. There's a lot involved here.

How often does he see her? How close does she live to him? How often does she visit?

Jealousy is a normal reaction, you have to ask yourself if it’s justified. Do you sense infidelity? Do you notice flirting or sexual desire? Is there a sense that your bf is inviting something other than friendship?

Open communication works best, if your bf reacts strongly to being questioned, it’s a red flag.

Tell him how you feel

Hard one.... You need to realise they are just "friends" while you get the special treatment ;)

@Convivial 😅 😖i don’t them being friends! *deep breath*..🙄I’m starting to realize.. like.. I do have a new friend too, outside my man.. and I’m realizing, like, him me, can have our own sets of people.. it’s just called association.. nothing more than that.. 😮‍💨.. 😓learning stages

@Okieta Do you join him/them, sometimes when he and her get together?

In what way is she a bad influence?
Cassieeeee · 31-35, F
There’s a difference between jealousy and intuition.. if you feel like something’s off and that’s the reason you want her out of the picture then you should express that to him.
Get over it. You aren't his "friend". You should have no urge to be her. It's got nothing to do with your current view of the situation

@Justafantasy thanks for being direct.. you’re point is very valid.. I can see what you are saying 🤔.. you are absolutely right 🏆
@Okieta it's a fine line between friends and something to be concerned about. Trust him, and if you want to do your relationship a benefit show her he's yours. Show him he's your man and your his woman.
well we as humans usually like others doing what we are doing.. so she might not be as bad influence as you think, just has stronger influence you may no longer have anymore.. so ur insecure, and see their ending as the only logical solution.. it is normal to feel that.
