Should I tell him?

I have a long term long distance relationship. A year ago I cheated on him with my co worker and he gave me a second chance. My bf (M22) is agood man, he is kind, loving, treats me like a princess and hard-working and I can't say bad about him. Our relationship is great and healthy. Until I met this other man, I don't think that i like him that much but he has a good humor, not too kind but has a good heart. We hooked up. Again. After a year, we cheated again. We both told each other that we don't like each one, it's just that we just wanted to have sx. We're both on a long distance relationship. We don't like each other. My conscience is killing me. I don't know how to tell it to my bf rn. My co worker already told his girlfriend about what happened and because we did it twice, they broke up. I'm afraid that he'll broke up with me too. I'm so dumb for doing it to him.
