Yah means he's controlling and thinking's he can tell you what to do at all times and shows he is jealous or have self esteem issues. But I mean it it your story! But I did something like that to my ex a few months back when we was at a bar and she just started talking out loud about all the drugs she did then was like oo weed oo weed omg they have weed. And I'm just like ahhh we ain't gotta be drawing attention to them are that and don't need to be talking about drugs rn pretty much telling her to drop the drug topic. Sadly we wasn't even talking about it and either way I probably was in the wrong for it being out first date and shooting pool. But I felt it was not called for to be talked about in public like she was saying it. But idk it's ur story tho so he shouldn't have any say in it. If so then he might lead to wanting to be in your phone looking through everything 24/7 cause he probably has trust issues as well.
